1 Oxygen is a fully staffed sales and repair center for several concentrator manufacturers. The company has been around for over 15 years and has served thousands of customers. We offer services most companies dont; while most Portable Oxygen companies can sell a product, we are only one of the few companies that can offer to repair the goods they sell. We have the largest rental fleet of Portable Oxygen Concentrators in the country and are open 7 Days a week and on call until midnight. We are also available after hour and open to appointments.1 Oxygen sells, rents, repairs, consigns, and buys Home and Portable oxygen concentrators. We stand behind our products and all New Oxygen Concentrators come with factory warranties. 1 Oxygen also has a full repair center located in our warehouse. Our repair technicians are fully certified to work on and repair most Portable Oxygen Concentrators. We take pride in all of our products and stand behind every Oxygen Concentrator that we sell.
Customer Service Department
1 Oxygen has a fully staffed customer service department that is fully trained on all of our Oxygen Concentrators. The customer service department takes pride in answering the calls as soon as the phone rings, we dont not have a lengthy-automated system before you can speak to a representative, everytime time you call, you will speak to 1 Oxygen Customer Service Person.
We also are open hours convenient to our patients; Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm, and we are available after hours and for appointments.
1 Oxygen's Home and Portable Oxygen Concentrators are in use throughout the United States and many parts of the world from hospitals, nursing homes, homecare companies, doctors and individuals. We strong relationships with many doctors and hospitals through out US, that we have been working with for many many years.
We also service nursing homes with liquid and gased oxgyen systems, and oxygen concentrators.
We are not only factory trained, but we have one the best Biomedical Service Department in the United States. Our repair staff is trained on
all of the portable concentrators that we service, and they are constantly trained on all new products.
We use O.E.M parts; and for customers looking for cheaper units we can install Aftermarket/Generic parts on requests to provide a lower cost
to our customers.
1 Oxygen also has a special program to help patients and their families buy and sell used home and portable oxygen concentrators and more. Customers are responsible for getting their own equipment to and from our location wheither or not it is under warranty.
