1 Oxygen Rental Program

1 Oxygen Rental Program is our effort to help our patients gain mobility in their lives. For a minimal investment of $195 to $395 a week, you can experience mobility with the Inogen One, Sequal Eclipse, Oxlife Excel OR THE NEW RESPIRONICS EVER GO o2 Concentrators.

At 1 Oxygen we offer two methods of renting.

1. If you are thinking of purchasing an oxygen concentrator, but have not made the final decision, you can rent a new oxygen concentrator at one of our low weekly rates (see scale below), and return the oxygen concentrator at the end of your rental agreement. The great news is you can apply your first week's rental fee against the purchase of your concentrator.
   
   
2. If you only need your oxygen concentrator for a short period, you can rent for a week or more as long as you need it.
   
   

Be sure to contact us TOLLFREE 1-888-681-6085 and indicate which rental method best suits your needs as well as the time frame in which you need the concentrator.

Check with your airline to make sure they will permit the use of your POC. Some airlines may not permit the use of the concentrator like the inogen or eclipse onboard the aircraft. Arrange for backup source of oxygen for use at your final destination. Your home healthcare provider will be able to help you coordinate you backup oxygen.

Planning Your Flight You must obtain a signed statement from your physician that includes:

Your ability to see/hear alarms and respond appropriately When oxygen use is necessary (all or a portion of the trip) Maximum flow rate corresponding to the pressure in the cabin under normal operating conditions

Oxygen Concentrator Weekly Rental Fees

Note to anyone who rents one of our concentrators and pays less than $395.00 a week . If a problem occurs during the rental, the customer is responsible for any extra shipping charges back and forth. If you are out of the country, you are on your own. No execptions. If you order a rental from 1 Oxyegn once its on the truck via ups or fedex there are no refunds!!!

• $195.00 per week 1 battery basic package.
• $295.00 per week 2 batteries full package.
• $395.00 per week 3 batteries full package.
• $445.00 per week 4 batteries full package.
• $495.00 per week 5 batteries full package.

Sequal Eclipse Rentals

• $195.00 per week 1 battery basic package.
• $295.00 per week 2 batteries full package.
• $395.00 per week 3 batteries full package.
• $445.00 per week 4 batteries full package.
• $495.00 per week 5 batteries full package.

Respironics Ever Go Rentals

• $395 per week 2 battery basic package.
• $495 per week 4 battery full package.

Oxlife Excel Rentals

• $195.00 per week with out transport case.
• $295.00 per week with transport case.

Home Oxygen Sytems Rentals

• $50.00 per month with 2 year contract.
• $75.00 per week short term.
• $195.00 per month short term.

Liquid Oxygen Systems Rentals

(We are very limited on these systems make early reservations) Customer is responsible for the liquid content. We only rent the equipment call your local company to make sure they will fill this equipment with liquid oxygen.

If you order a rental from 1 Oxygen once its on the truck via ups or fedex there are no refunds! If you rent a portable oxygen concentrator, you are 100% responsible for any back up oxygen needed. While traveling, be sure to have a backup plan to get a concentrator if anything happens. Patients need to plan ahead to avoid any emergencies.
