The Igo is a lightweight, portable 3 liter oxygen concentrator that is capable of operating from three different power sources: AC Power, DC Power or a rechargable battery.
The DeVilbiss Igo has been put though aggressive durability testing to ensure consistent, reliable performance. The Igo is the perfect solution to keep pace with an active lifestyle.
This small, portable oxygen system provides two modes of operation - continuous flow or PulseDose delivery.
The reliabilty and safety of PulseDose oxygen delivery has been proven effective in clinical testing as well as through independent tests performed by physicians and respiratory
therapists. Many users find PulseDose Oxygen delivery more comfortable than continuous flow delivery systems. The short "pulse" of oxygen delivered during inhalation is almost undectable.
Performance Features
- 1 to 6 LPM settings in PulseDose Mode or 1 to 3 LPM in Continuous Flow Mode.
- Integrated PulseDose oxygen conserving technology extends the use time of the Igo Portable Oxygen System offering increased mobility with improved comfort and increased efficiency.
- Built in oxygen sensing device to ensure accurate oxygen delivery and reduced periodic maintenance schedule.
- Increased Battery Capabilities - Igo is powered by one battery which can last as long as 5.4 hours when operating at 1.0 LPM in PulseDose Mode.
- Audidle alerts for Power Failure, Low Battery, Low Oxygen Output, High Flow/Low Flow, No Breath Detected in PulseDose Mode, High Temperature, Unit Malfunction
- Can be used with 50 foot tubing/cannula in continuous flow mode and 35 foot tubing/cannula in continuous flow mode and 35 foot tubing/cannula in Pulse Dose mode.
- Easy to select liter flow settings of 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 and 6.0.
Design Features
- All of the high-performance capabilities are conveniently placed in a small compact design weighing less than 20 lbs with a battery.
- Control Panel was designed to be easily viewed whether sitting on the gorund or under an airplane seat.

Devilbiss Igo FAQs
What is the maximum flow rate that iGo can deliver?
The iGo can deliver from 1LPM to 3LPM in continuous flow mode and provides setting of 1-6 in pulse mode.
Are the pulse mode settings of 1-6 equal to continuous flow?
The bolus, or particle, of oxygen delivered in the pulse mode settings are roughly equivalent to continuous flow. Since each patient is different, these settings should be used as a guideline or starting point for proper titration in pulse mode.
I can't seem to adjust the flow rate above 3 LPM. Why is this?
The iGo is set to continuous flow mode and cannot be operated above 3LPM.
I can't seem to addjust the flow rate on the iGo. Why is this?
Your iGo provider may have preset the flow rate for you based on your doctor's prescription. You can only switch between continuous flow and pulse flow mode at the preset flow rates.
What electrical power sources can I use with iGo?
iGo uses a swithchmode power supply and can be used from any AC power source that provides from 100V to 240V. You should always use the appropriate power cord for the local power supply.
Can I use the iGo while in an automobile?
Yes. iGo can be used from any 12V DC power supply that provides 15 AMPs DC of electricity.
Can I charge my iGo battery pack while operating the iGo in the car?
No. The iGo cannot be charged from a 12V DC power supply. This is done to prevent the iGo from drawing too much power and possibly blowing the automobile outlet fuse. If you are using the iGo from a 12V DC power source, it will not use power from the battery, and the battery will remain charged for use at your destination.
Can I use the iGo while on an aircraft?
Not yet. At this time, iGo is not FAA approved and cannot be used while on an aircraft. The iGo can be transported as hand carry luggage or check as baggage provided that proper packaging is used. iGo cannot be checked as baggage using only the rolling carry case.
How long will the iGo batter pack operate the unit?
The actual run time of the iGo on the internal battery pack depends on several factors, including flow rate, breath rate, altitude, temperature and the age of the battery pack. For run-time estimates for the iGo with a new, fully charged battery pack, please refer to the FAQ document in the Literature & Documentation section of the iGo product page.
How long will the iGo battery pack last?
iGo uses a lithium ion battery pack. Lithium ion batteries typically last for about 300 charge cycles.
